On an item screen there can be 2 available options for checkout. "Buy Now" and "Request Quote". Not all items will have each options as some are available only to buy and others are available only for quote. If you click "Buy Now" that item will be added to your shopping cart for the price listed on the item page. If you click "Request Quote" that item will be added to your quote cart and upon submitting we'll respond with a price based on the quantity of the quoted item.
When you proceed to the checkout with items in your shopping cart you'll be prompted to enter payment information before submitting the order.
When you proceed to the checkout with items in your quote cart you will NOT have to enter payment information before submitting the quote.
Item Availability
Control Components makes every effort to show the correct inventory levels and lead times for each product. However, lead times can vary based on manufacturer availability.
When you place an item in your cart it will show the inventory status next to the item. If we do not have the item in stock a message will be displayed with the estimated lead time.
If you order an item that does not reflect the lead time shown on the item during checkout we will contact you before processing the order.

Prices are subject to change at any time and we will notify you of any changes before processing your order.

1. All products should be returned in original factory packaging in a shipping carton of sufficient size and strength with adequate inner packaging to ensure that product is received in “as new” condition. No credit will be issued for material that is improperly packaged. **IF a product has a manufacturers seal it must NOT be broken or the product CANNOT be returned**
2. Do not write on the factory packaging.
4. Credit will not be issued until inspected by RMA department and/or factory and deemed to be in new, resellable condition.
5. Returns of factory defective material will be handled according to manufacturer’s return policies.
6. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on reason for return.
8. Returns are valid for 20 days from the ship date.
